OUR PEOPLE
With literally hundreds of years of retail and wholesale experience within the Australian Camera industry, our Board and Head Office Executive Team is cross functional, collaborative and have all been hand selected for their practical approach to problem solving.
Board of Directors
As Chairman, Jon provides strong, retail focussed leadership for the entire team. Under Jon’s vigilant eye, the Board provides an integral link between suppliers and the retail stakeholders. His practical approach is regarded throughout the Australian camera industry and his experience has been gleaned via decades of hands on experience.
David has proven and extensive experience at executive and board level positions within multi-national business, predominantly across the retail, distribution, industrial and manufacturing sectors. David has spent the majority of his career at the C-suite level, forging a strong reputation with divergent stakeholders, including public and private sector agencies
Providing structure and strong governance, Ian is the proud owner of the Bunbury Camera House. Serving his second term on the Raleru board, Ian continues to focus on enabling the company to complete strongly and fairly in the photographic retail space
An integral force behind the powerhouse Garricks group of Camera House stores and currently serving in his second term on the Raleru Board. Adam provides a shrewd, hands on approach to the business and its management. Adam offers balance and understanding of the whole business and is proud of his strategic contribution to forging the business forward with a plan.
Executive Team
Stewart has decades of experience within the Australian Camera Industry and the earned credibility that accompanies his many successes. In his role as General Manager he also heads up the critical Buying functions within Raleru and works tirelessly and collaboratively with suppliers to achieve a commercially astute outcome every time. He also knows the value of a dollar and makes sure every one counts.
Matthew may be the numbers head of Raleru, but his innately practical and commercial acumen has more to do with his Northern English heritage than anything he learned in his ( extensive ) financial training. He is known for his command of the data and for his fabulous heart and always going the extra mile to support members and suppliers through any financial blips they may encounter. And for instilling this ethos in his team.
